김문기 원주시장 권한대행은 26일 "원주시장애인쉼터가 사회적 소외감을 해소하고 따뜻한 유대감을 나누는 사랑방 역할을 하길 바란다"며 "장애인 복지 증진과 무장애 도시 조성을 위해 촘촘한 복지인프라 구축에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
