一是可以在闽投资设立广播电视节目制作经营公司。《中共中央 国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》明确提出“试点允许台湾业者在闽投资设立广播电视节目制作经营公司”。目前在福建已有18家台资企业获得广播电视节目制作经营许可证，正在开展微短剧制作。
