味全龍隊老牌洋投伍鐸，生涯效力過中信兄弟、富邦悍將，如今已達成「羅力條款」而不占洋將名額。伍鐸2015年季中來台效力中信兄弟，當時，聯盟洋將還是登錄3人、2人同時上場，只要有洋將降二軍就必須註銷，日後才改為「註冊4人、登錄3人、2人同時上場」。

伍鐸透露，他剛來台灣時，各隊球探部門至多1、2人，到現在各隊編成部門和情蒐部門都增援，整個聯盟往更好方向準備，也讓每個球隊都更游刃有餘思考未來編成。
