洪永祥在臉書專頁「洪永祥醫師的慢性腎衰竭攻城療法」發文分享,他引述研究發現,按摩可能幫助降低壓力反應。2016年刊登於《Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies》的隨機研究發現,泰式按摩可以降低受試者的壓力感受與血壓,並改善壓力荷爾蒙變化。
