此外，除彈性減工時外，也將提出「職代補貼」制度，給予中小企業實質的支持，補貼同事職代津貼以及鼓勵新聘替代人力，解決老闆的煩惱、減輕中小企業的營運壓力，勞工才敢真正安心請假，從而減輕育兒負擔。
