Intelligence agencies have uncovered that Pakistan-based gangster-turned-terrorist Shahzad Bhatti is the mastermind behind the new terror outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH). Bhatti orchestrated propaganda and planned targeted killings of police personnel in India, with financial backing and ISI support.
Pakistan's ISI allegedly plotted terror attacks in Delhi and Haryana, targeting a historic temple, a popular highway dhaba, and a military camp. Operatives linked to the Shahzad Bhatti module conducted reconnaissance, sharing photos and videos with handlers. The plan aimed to cause panic, disruption, and mass casualties, with police stations in Uttar Pradesh also on the radar.
Delhi Police Special Cell arrested two Gwalior natives recruited via social media by Pakistan-based gangster Shahzad Bhatti. The duo was allegedly planning grenade attacks and targeted killings in the Delhi-NCR region.
