8 teenagers arrested for dangerous joyriding on mopeds in Fukuoka

Fukuoka Prefectural Police arrested 8 high school students aged 16-17 for dangerous driving on mopeds. They rode in groups, swerving into oncoming lanes and running red lights, and even called 110 themselves to provoke police chases.
