中国社会科学院大学党委常委、副校长曾宇航说，本次研讨会搭建学术交流平台，进一步深化中国社会科学院大学的科教融合改革，推动理论创新、实践成果与战略需求融入育人体系全过程，有效助力公共政策和国家治理自主知识体系构建与人才培养。
中国社会科学院政治学研究所所长兼中国社会科学院大学政府管理学院院长张树华提出，应厘清制度、体制、机制、体系及路线、方针、政策的关系，推动政治学向理论政治学与应用政治学分化发展，催生政策学、治理学等新兴学科。
在以“公共政策自主知识体系构建”为主旨报告环节，专家学者围绕建构路径、底层逻辑、学理重构等关键问题展开深度研讨；在以“中国特色的国家治理”为主题的另一场主旨报告中，与会嘉宾从基层治理、县域服务、政策扩散等维度，解读中国治理实践的理论内涵。
