Four men arrested in Paris over attempted murder of Algerian opposition figure

Four men, aged 19 to 22, were indicted and jailed in Paris on Saturday, suspected of involvement in an attempted murder in Roubaix in February 2025 targeting Algerian opposition figure Hichem Aboud. A judicial investigation was opened in March 2026 by the national anti-terrorist prosecutor's office.
