Park Ji-won leads in preliminary vote count for Jeonju mayoral election

With 48.52% of votes counted in the Jeonju mayoral election, Park Ji-won of the Democratic Party leads with 66.05% of the vote, followed by independent candidate Kim Jong-hoe with 33.94%.
