Guangdong is my country's largest economic province, but it has long faced the problem of uneven development between urban and rural areas. Guangdong's county area accounts for about 70% of the province, but its total economic output is less than 20%. At the end of 2022, Guangdong will launch the "Hundreds and Thousands Project", using counties as a breakthrough for integrated urban and rural development.

The Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce focuses on serving the high-quality development of counties and has identified six key tasks, including eight thematic empowerment activities, 100 meetings to help 100 counties, 100,000 enterprises to improve quality and efficiency, 10,000 enterprises and 10,000 villages to improve quality and efficiency, targeted investment promotion, targeted assistance and empowerment, and reform and innovation empowerment, to guide the majority of private enterprises to identify development opportunities and achieve quality and efficiency improvements in serving the overall situation.
