The governor of the Arkhangelsk region called the accident with a minibus in which 13 people died a terrible tragedy

In the Kholmogorsky district of the Arkhangelsk region, an accident occurred involving a minibus, a timber truck and a car.

According to operational services, 13 people died as a result of the accident, eight victims, including three children, were taken to hospitals.

The governor of the Arkhangelsk region, Alexander Tsybulsky, called the incident a terrible tragedy.

“Today a terrible tragedy occurred. Honestly, I don’t know if there was such a thing in the history of the Arkhangelsk region, I think not. A terrible accident occurred 48 kilometers from the city of Arkhangelsk on the M-8 highway. A regular minibus collided with a timber truck, killing, according to operational services, from 12 to 13 people,” Tsybulsky said in a video posted on his Telegram channel.
