“The soldiers who were wounded received category D, it is clear that this is a difficult category. But there are cases when, despite the fact that category D is rarely revised, people are able to perform tasks, for example, in regional units,” Poddubny said during the meeting.

He noted that this, of course, does not apply to everyone, but there is a core of volunteers who assess their strength in this way.

“They are asking, as an exception, for permission to serve in regional components that defend facilities from drones,” Poddubny said.
