From September 8th to 10th, the 2026 Private Economic Innovation and Development Conference was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. During this period, a well-known private enterprise assisted Zhejiang's high-quality development event - a special event on smart economy, which brought together more than 200 representatives from government departments, academicians and experts, nationally renowned private enterprises, local backbone enterprises, and university research institutes. It is reported that the China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute released the "Digital DataKernel" Data Evaluation System 2.0" to provide standardized tools for releasing the value of data elements; the Zhejiang Digital Economy Development Center released the "Artificial Intelligence OPC Terminology (T/ZIESCD A010-2026)" and the "Zhejiang Province Artificial Intelligence OPC Entrepreneurship Map (Version 1.0)" to help the growth of new entrepreneurial entities in the AI field.

Zhejiang Electronic Information Products Inspection Institute simultaneously released the "Comprehensive Energy Consumption Data Management System Based on Digital Twins (T/ZXCH 0053-2026)" to empower the green development of the industry with digital technology; Lanzhuo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. released the "supOS Factory AI Operating System - Factory Data Base, Intelligent Body Base", committed to promoting the intelligent transformation of factories at low cost.

Wenzhou, where the event was held, is an important birthplace of the private economy. The city's GDP has exceeded one trillion yuan. In recent years, the local area has accelerated the digital transformation of traditional industries, and emerging industries such as new energy have flourished. During the event, Wenzhou Economic and Information Bureau and Wenzhou Data Bureau (Municipal Artificial Intelligence Bureau) jointly released Wenzhou's integrated AI empowerment platform and "artificial intelligence +" scenario demand list. 14 key projects in the field of smart economy completed centralized signings, further building a complete industrial ecology.

As a province with a large private economy and digital economy, Zhejiang’s AI industry has strong momentum for development. From January to June this year, the revenue of the core artificial intelligence industry in Zhejiang Province exceeded 420 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.6%, and the growth rates of computing power services and data services reached 26.5% and 41.6% respectively.
