글로벌 인재를 확보하고 그룹 채용 브랜드를 강화하기 위한 행사로, 롯데케미칼·롯데백화점·롯데마트·롯데글로벌로지스 등 인도네시아에 진출해 있는 9개 계열사가 참여했다.

롯데는 행사에 참여하는 인도네시아 현지 취업준비생 600여명을 대상으로 롯데그룹 및 계열사의 사업을 소개하고, 현직자와의 채용 상담 및 모의 면접 등을 진행했다.

현장에서 직무 상담에 참여한 디마스 사푸트라 씨는 "현직자에게 직무와 채용 과정에 대한 구체적인 이야기를 들을 수 있어서 좋았다"며 "이번 잡페어를 통해 롯데의 다양한 사업과 직무를 이해할 수 있었고 향후 취업을 준비하는 데 많은 도움이 됐다"고 말했다.
