Professor Fred DUBEE, co-chairman of the ICG International Advisory Group, shared the latest practice and cooperation progress of the China-Africa soil innovation cooperation practice project - the African Soil Strengthening Program (ASSP). The project will be officially launched in Shenzhen, China, in 2023, using The Gambia as a field pilot to promote soil remediation solutions in sub-Saharan Africa. At present, the project has completed the analysis of 500 soil samples and restored more than 200 hectares of degraded land, directly benefiting more than 2,000 farmers.
