“According to available data, a Russian woman is on the list of missing people from the sunken ferry,” the diplomatic mission told the agency.

The diplomatic mission added that representatives of the Russian embassy are at the scene of the incident.

The diplomatic mission clarified that the missing Russian woman is Yulia Ozcan. According to the embassy, ​​after the emergency with the ferry, her husband is also on the list of missing people; he is a Turkish citizen. Their young daughter, who has Russian and Turkish citizenship, was rescued and is in hospital.
