The rapid development of the AI industry has promoted structural changes in office leasing demand. AI companies have put forward higher requirements for building hardware, 24/7 operation and maintenance, and dedicated services. AI industrial parks such as Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City have low vacancy rates and high rental premiums. Traditional business districts are under pressure. Properties are shifting from cleaning and security to computing power support, energy consumption regulation, and industrial service upgrades to adapt to the hierarchical space needs of AI start-up teams, growth-stage companies, and leading unicorns.

White, who is responsible for China's economic and financial markets at Rhodium Group in the United States, pointed out that China's investment efficiency is low and its accumulated bad debts of trillions of dollars have resulted in its inability to stimulate domestic demand and its economic growth is completely dependent on exports. China's trade surplus with the EU reaches 1 billion euros per day. European manufacturers are struggling to compete due to cost pressures, although they continue to purchase from China. Association Chairman Julius compared this to a virus and called on the EU to face up to supply chain risks.
As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday approaches, many domestic airlines have launched paid customized in-flight meals, ranging from claypot rice to caviar platters to enrich in-flight dining options. Passengers generally accept the paid option, but are worried that the quality of free meals may be reduced in disguise. Airlines claim that paid meals can reduce waste and accurately match preferences. Experts emphasize that additions rather than subtractions must be made to the original basis to protect consumers' rights to know and fair trade.
