Russia faces a collision with the West, said Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov

The West faces catastrophic consequences if they decide to have a head-on collision with Russia. Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov told Izvestia about this.

“Is the course heading towards a direct head-on collision with us being consolidated? This is inevitably fraught with catastrophic consequences for those who encroach on our security in this way. Or else common sense will prevail and there will be an understanding that it is necessary to “lower the temperature,” he said.

Ryabkov also pointed out that efforts to lock large manufacturers into the needs of the military machine of the North Atlantic Alliance or the European Union “do not contribute to the right decisions.”
