Oleg Belozerov on the introduction of the digital ruble when selling tickets

“We are introducing and planning to introduce all innovations. It’s a question of nuances. The whole point is that we need to organize a mechanism so that it works quickly and is comfortable for passengers. Here the question is what is a ticket. I bought a ticket, I need to return the ticket. Conditions are needed. The mechanism for making these payments is now being further regulated. And so we fully support all innovations, as long as it is convenient for our passengers,” Belozerov said when asked about plans to introduce a digital ruble when selling tickets.

“As far as I understand, we are planning to take certain (technical – ed.) actions in September. Yes, it’s not a question (of) starting, but what actions, since we need to finalize it so that the fully digital format is inside,” Belozerov concluded.
