〔記者李靚慧/台北報導〕勞動部今(2)日指出,自今年推動「以日申請」的彈性育嬰留職停薪新制後,申請人數快速增加,且5月單月「男性申請」的比重首度超越女性、達50.3%,「神隊友」爸爸暴增。勞動部為力挺企業友善育兒,提供雇主「每日補助1000元獎勵金」,首季有989家企業符合資格,其中236家已事先登錄金融帳戶的企業,補助款均已在5月27日入帳,勞動部提醒另外7成尚未登錄帳號的企業,盡快上網登錄以利撥款。

勞動部表示,為打造友善的育兒職場環境,今年允許勞工以更具彈性的「天數」來申請育嬰留停,根據最新5月份統計,累計申請人數已直逼1.2萬人、申請筆數更衝破2.4萬筆,而且男性申請比重大幅攀升,5月單月「男性申請」的比重首度超越女性、達50.3%,「神隊友」爸爸暴增;觀察整體累計,男性比重也提高至48.4%,與女性(51.6%)比例漸趨平衡,顯示雙親共同分擔育兒照顧已漸普及。

為了力挺友善育兒企業,勞動部同步祭出「按以日申請日數,每日補助雇主1,000 元」獎勵金,採取按季自動比對、直接撥款的方式發放。統計顯示,115年第1季符合獎勵資格的企業共有989家,其中236家已事先於勞保局官網線上登錄了金融帳戶,勞動部首季已發出200萬獎勵金,提醒另外753家事業單位,因「尚未登錄帳戶資料」,導致獎勵金暫時無法直接撥款,務必盡速上網登錄。
