Jiang Zuping's sexual assault case against Gong Yiting was held in the Taipei District Court. Gong Yiting left the court without saying a word.

[Reporter Weng Jingyou/Taipei Report] Gong Yiting, the son of former senior deputy general manager of Sanli TV Gong Meifu, was accused by artist Jiang Zuping of sexually assaulting her with a sedative. The Taipei District Court held a preparatory court today. Since Jiang Zuping's previous application to participate in the lawsuit was approved, both she and Gong appeared in court, but the hearing was conducted in isolation via videoconference. After the court session, Gong Nan waited for Jiang Nu to leave on the second floor of the North Court before slowly leaving the court, without saying a word the whole time.

Today, Gong Nan is wearing a white top, black trousers, glasses and a mask. His hair is neatly trimmed. He looks like a "gentle scholar" and is completely different from the way he looked when he came to Beijing for interrogation last year. The media could not even recognize Gong Nan for a while.

Because it was a sexual assault case, the case could not be heard publicly, and the hearing lasted nearly two hours. After the court session, Gong Nan waited outside the court for Jiang Nu to leave the North Courtyard, and then slowly took the elevator downstairs and left the North Courtyard. Facing the large number of waiting media, Gong Man looked calm and without saying a word, quickly left the gate of the North Courtyard.

The whole case stems from Jiang Zuping's post on social media in September last year, revealing that TV station personnel sexually assaulted, secretly filmed, and even took off the actress' clothes and filmed the video after taking a sedative. After the actress woke up, she deleted all the videos in anger, but the man replied, "Delete! I have a cloud."

At first, Jiang Zuping did not disclose the name of the perpetrator, but after the incident broke out, she first posted a mosaic photo of the perpetrator's front, and said that the man refused to buy contraceptive pills for the victim afterwards, and the man's identity was immediately recognized by the public. Afterwards, Jiang Zuping filed a lawsuit, and the prosecutors charged Gong with forced sexual intercourse in June this year. However, regarding the drugging part, the prosecutors determined that there was no specific evidence and therefore did not prosecute.
