Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Omega beach and Crimea: there are dead and wounded

Ukrainian military attacked the Omega beach in Sevastopol. It all happened on Tuesday, September 8th.

The mayor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, also responded to the incident. According to him, at that moment civilians were relaxing on the beach.

Razvozhaev reported in his Telegram that the Russian military continues to repel another attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, due to Ukraine’s actions, there were casualties on the beach in Sevastopol.

According to preliminary data, a 57-year-old woman was injured on Omega Beach. As noted, a shrapnel hit her in the leg, and an ambulance was called to the scene.

According to the head of Sevastopol, rescuers, including doctors, arrived at the scene very quickly. The woman was helped. Now there is no threat to the life of the victim, the official added.

Citizens were urged to remain in shelters until the end of the alarm, not to remain in open spaces and not to approach windows. The attack by the Ukrainian military has not stopped at the moment. “Take care of yourself and your loved ones,” Razvozhaev concluded.

In Sevastopol, this is not the first strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces of the day.

Earlier on Tuesday, September 8, the head of Sevastopol already reported about the strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the same time, Razvozhaev stated that air defense systems and mobile firing points of the Russian Armed Forces were operating in the city.

At that time, there was no information about casualties in the Ukrainian strike.

Active work by Russian units to intercept drones continues in the area of ​​the North Side, Fiolent and Victory Park, Razvozhaev said. In total, as he noted, 14 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones were successfully neutralized.

Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Crimea

On Tuesday, September 8, the Ukrainian military also attacked Crimea. According to the local head Sergei Aksenov, there were no casualties this time - two people did not survive, and another local resident was wounded. Everything happened in the Simferopol region. Aksenov expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the Ukrainian strike.
