The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put blogger Dmitry Purkin (Grandfather Archimedes) on the wanted list

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put blogger Dmitry Purkin, known as Grandfather Archimedes, on the wanted list (included by the Russian Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents). RIA Novosti reports this.

“Purkin Dmitry... Grounds for the search: wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,” the department’s database says.

The ministry did not specify which article served as the basis for the search. It is known that Purkin was fined at the end of June 2026 for the absence of a foreign agent sign in his Telegram channel.
