〔記者卓怡君／台北報導〕台北車站商場經營權由新光三越拿下，現任經營業者微風集團一分飲恨，微風廣場日前已向台鐵提出異議，台鐵今日正式回覆微風廣場北車商場異議。
微風廣場表示，針對台鐵就異議案之處理結果無法認同，將向財政部促參申訴審議委員會提出正式申訴。
微風廣場認為，台鐵公司未就程序公正性、評選資訊外流、委員利益衝突及迴避等重大事由，進行充分之實體審查與正確適用法令，因此對台鐵公司處理結果無法認同。
