Military correspondent Evgeniy Poddubny proposed scaling up the experience of the Kursk region in operating a situation center for defense against drones.

Poddubny suggested considering the possibility of creating a single coordinating body to combine information systems.

Military correspondent, Hero of Russia Evgeny Poddubny, at a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the “five” leaders of the United Russia party, proposed scaling up the experience of the Kursk region in operating a situation center for defense against drones.

Putin on Saturday met with the federal “five” leaders of the United Russia list in the State Duma elections.

“In the Kursk region, it seems to me, there is an excellent experience in forming a situational center, which ensures seamless and very fast interaction between all bodies that are involved in the defense of the sky... I would like to ask you to consider this experience for scaling, as it seems to me, it can be useful,” Poddubny said.

He added that information systems have been formed there that work quite quickly and allow them to see threats in real time.
