在2026“把青春华章写在祖国大地上”大思政课网络主题宣传和互动引导活动现场,86岁的中国工程院院士、中国科学技术大学1959级校友陈立泉,动情地为师生介绍了自己跨越半个世纪的科研历程,生动诠释了科研人的家国担当与理想追求。

“小时候我们用的都是煤油灯,直到上高中,才在县城见到电灯”,陈立泉院士成长于四川山区,艰苦的求学环境,让陈立泉很早就有了一个朴素的心愿:要用电让更多人共享光明。

1959年陈立泉考入中国科学技术大学,毕业后,他进入中国科学院物理研究所工作。1976年,在德国访学的陈立泉被一只纽扣大小的氮化锂电池吸引。陈立泉敏锐地意识到,这块纽扣电池及背后的技术事关国家能源安全。随后,陈立泉主动申请转战固态离子学领域,把个人研究方向牢牢锚定在国家最需要的地方。

学成归国后,陈立泉白手起家开启我国锂电科研之路。“回国后条件有限,我家住进废弃鸡舍改造的房子,实验室是困难时期修建的,也十分简陋。”

条件艰苦,但陈立泉和科研团队却拿下一个又一个研究成果。经过三十余年深耕实干,中国锂电技术逐步实现从跟跑到领跑的跨越:1988年手工制出中国第一块固态锂电池,1998年建成首条自主技术的锂电池中试生产线,2014年中国锂电池国际市场占有率第一次跃居全球首位。

“科学家的一项重要使命就是要为国家十年二十年乃至五十年后布局未来。”这是陈立泉始终坚守的科研信念。面对国外专家“做不出可用固态电池”的质疑,他憋着一股劲:“做科研当然要追求成功,也得敢于失败,但是敢输却不能服输。人家不信就做给他看。”他提出的“原位固态化”技术路线,破解了“固固接触”的世界难题,推动我国在新一代电池领域占据战略主动。

如今,86岁的陈立泉,仍有着崭新的理想。在陈老眼里,未来的中国,是“电动中国”,“不远的未来,天上的飞行器是电的,海里的船舶是电的,空间站里,宇航员呼出的二氧化碳也能发电。”活动现场,陈立泉深情寄语现场青年:“你们中间一定有很多比我还异想天开的同学,电动中国靠你们了。”

9月6日晚,由中央网信办、教育部、人民日报社、中国科学院、共青团中央、安徽省委网信委主办,安徽省委宣传部、安徽省委网信办、中国科学技术大学、合肥市委网信委、人民网、中国青年报社承办的2026“把青春华章写在祖国大地上”大思政课网络主题宣传和互动引导活动在中国科学技术大学举行。
