博鳌亚洲论坛秘书长张军表示，应抢抓数字与绿色转型机遇，推广人工智能、无人机监测、光伏治沙等新技术，引导长期资本与社会资金投入治沙领域，以科技与资金赋能生态治理。
宁夏作为中国防沙治沙重点区域，持续推进荒漠化综合治理，实现荒漠化、沙化土地连续25年双缩减。2025年7月，中国—中亚荒漠化防治合作中心在宁夏挂牌。同年，博鳌亚洲论坛与宁夏在盐池县启动首个实体化国际治沙项目，投资1500万元人民币治理6500亩沙化土地。
蒙古国自然环境与气候变化部部长策·桑达格-奥其尔表示，中国及宁夏的治沙经验宝贵，蒙古国期待在联合研究、技术交流等方面深化合作。
本次研讨会由博鳌亚洲论坛主办，宁夏林草局协办，中国—中亚荒漠化防治合作中心承办。会议同期开展国际青年交流培训，促进治沙理念与技术代际传承，助力全球生态治理可持续发展。(完)
