Brodie Grundy fists the ball away from congestion from the final ruck contest, and it's as good as a kick and that's enough for Sydney to run down the clock.
What a game, what a win for one of the league's premiership fancies!
The Swans wind up kicking 5.1 to Port's 3.1 in the final quarter to record a three-point win.
All of Sydney's big names were huge in that final quarter.
Brodie Grundy recorded eight points and five clearances, Chad Warner had 10 touches and three clearances, while Isaac Heeney added eight touches of his own.
Heeney finishes the match as the leading ball-winner with 30 touches and also added nine score involvements, while Grundy also added nine clearances and six intercepts.
A word too to Jordon Sweet, Port's ruckman, who finishes with 17 touches, 13 score involvements and nine clearances.
