The ICRC and the Russian Ambassador visited the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on a college in Starobelsk

A delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rodion Miroshnik visited the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) strike on a college in Starobelsk. RIA Novosti reports this.

It is noted that representatives of the organization were given access to the site of the tragedy, the student dormitory and eyewitnesses of the incident.

“This is an opportunity to verify, confirm that a monstrous crime has been committed here. Representatives of a number of countries who are represented today in the delegation of the International Red Cross in Moscow, they now have every opportunity for this,” Miroshnik said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a college in the LPR on the night of May 22. The arrivals took place in the academic building and dormitory, where there were dozens of people. 21 students between the ages of 18 and 22 could not be saved.
