China News Service, August 29. According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, this year's No. 18 typhoon "Shadel" weakened from a tropical storm level to a tropical depression yesterday (28th) night. At 5 o'clock this morning (29th), its center was located in Nanfeng County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The lowest pressure at the center was 998 hPa.
It is expected that the tropical depression after the weakening of "Shadr" will move west-southwest at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken (see Figure 1). The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue typhoon blue warnings at 06:00 on August 29.

In the next three days, there will be heavy to heavy rains in Jiangnan, South China, Jianghuai, and the eastern and southern parts of southwest China. There will be heavy rains in some areas and extremely heavy rains locally. In addition, there were moderate to heavy rains and local heavy rains in northeastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and other places.
The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow rainstorm warning at 06:00 on August 29: It is expected that from 08:00 on August 29 to 08:00 on August 30, central and western Jiangxi, southeastern Hubei, central and eastern Hunan, northeastern Guangxi, northwestern and southern coastal Guangdong, eastern and southern Sichuan Basin, northwest Guizhou, northeastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang There were heavy to heavy rains in parts of central and northern Longjiang, western Anhui, northern and southwestern Yunnan, the eastern coast of Fujian, western Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan Island. Among them, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of western Jiangxi, southern Hunan, and northeastern Guangxi, and there were extremely heavy rains (250-270 mm) locally (see Figure 2). Some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (maximum hourly rainfall of 20 to 50 mm, and locally it can exceed 80 mm).

From 08:00 on August 30 to 08:00 on August 31, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet, northeastern Heilongjiang, Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, South China, western Yunnan, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100 to 240 mm) in parts of northeastern Heilongjiang, central Anhui, central Jiangsu, Guangdong Leizhou Peninsula, western Hainan Island, and southern Taiwan Island. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 7 in some areas in eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and eastern Jiangnan (see Figure 4).

From 08:00 on August 31 to 08:00 on September 1, southeastern Tibet, southwestern Yunnan, northern Heilongjiang, central and southern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, western Hunan, most of Jiangxi, the eastern coast of Zhejiang, eastern and central and southern Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places There are moderate to heavy rains in the region. Among them, there are heavy rains or heavy rains (100-200 mm) in parts of eastern Anhui, western Jiangsu, southeastern Hunan, western Jiangxi, northern Guangdong, the eastern coast of Zhejiang, the eastern coast of Fujian, the central and western Hainan Island, and the southern part of Taiwan Island. Some areas in Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Jiangnan have winds of magnitude 4 to 7 (see Figure 5).
