In the statement, it was stated that these intentions are compatible with international law and relevant UN resolutions, especially taking into account the UN Security Council resolution 2334 and the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice dated 19 July 2024. Ministers emphasized that Gaza is an integral part of the occupied Palestinian territory and called for the full and immediate implementation of US President Trump's Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict. They also emphasized once again that the only feasible way to achieve a just, lasting and comprehensive peace is the implementation of the two-state solution by establishing an independent, sovereign, territorial integrity and livable State of Palestine based on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in line with international law and relevant UN resolutions.
