近年来，随着金融基础设施的持续联通和服务生态的不断完善，从“贸易先行”到“金融深耕”，从支付互联互通到跨境服务生态的构建，金融合作在共建“一带一路”中的重要性愈发明显。数据显示，2025年陕西与中亚五国人民币跨境收付金额逾25亿元，创历史新高。
在主旨演讲环节，吉尔吉斯斯坦中央银行董事会成员苏莱曼别科娃表示：“吉尔吉斯斯坦与中国在经贸领域的合作日益紧密，金融合作是其中重要的一环。我们非常欢迎人民币跨境支付和清算机制在中亚地区的拓展，这将为两国企业提供更加稳定、高效的金融支持，也有助于深化双边经贸关系。”
本次活动中，来自陕西对外经贸领域的百余家企业代表全程参与支付互联互通和一站式服务体系的推进，让“走出去”的企业对中亚市场充满信心。
“作为长期深耕中亚市场的陕西企业，我们感受到金融服务的便利化程度直接影响着企业的运营效率和成本。今天签约的支付互联互通和跨境服务伙伴计划，将帮助我们解决跨境结算周期长、融资门槛高、法律信息不对称等实际问题。”陕西秦塬纺织有限公司单证业务部负责人杨美玲表示。
