〔記者林宥辰／台北報導〕中職昨天召開領隊會議，針對94年1月1日（含）以後出生、役期1年的役男，各隊有詢問聯盟因應措施。會長蔡其昌昨提出想法，待與役政司討論。
樂天桃猿總教練曾豪駒選手時代是2003年代訓選秀會出身，當時仍有國訓隊體系。曾豪駒說：「如果恢復國訓模式，對選手而言，要去當兵時生涯不會有空白狀態，是比較有利。集中管理訓練，也還是要比賽，看是否納入二軍賽程一起比賽維持感覺，如果役期中途有機會代表國家出賽，是否可以折抵役期？或許都是個方式。」
曾總說，如果役男選手役期間中選國手，比如亞運、甚至強度更高的12強或經典賽等賽事，可考慮折抵役期，「可擬定配套措施，讓要去當兵的選手知道有這個機會。」
不過，曾總也說，方案由大家集思廣益，但主要仍看國家是否能夠接受，「不可能獨厚棒球這個項目，其他項目應該也會提出方案。」
