Recently, the farmers' association independently sent for inspection and found that "benzopyrene" exceeded the standard. After notifying the Nantou County Health Bureau, all 392 bottles have been removed from the shelves and sealed. The 579 bottles sold have been fully refunded and recycled. Currently, the farmers' association no longer sells edible oil products.

The Xinyi Township Farmers' Association stated that the farmers' association sells camellia oil and entrusts Changhua Zaiyuan Oil Company to produce it. After purchasing the oil, it is packaged and sold on the shelves. The price of each bottle is 850 yuan. This time, it was found that "benzopyrene" exceeded the standard during the independent inspection. The health bureau was immediately notified, and cooperation was taken off the shelves and sealed.

The Farmers Association said that it purchased 3 batches of camellia oil this time, and 2 batches were put on the shelves for sale (validity dates are 2027/03/19 and 2027/05/06), with a total of 579 bottles sold. Those that have not yet been sold have been taken off the shelves, and there is another batch of inventory that has not yet been put on the market, with a total of 392 bottles sealed.

The Farmers Association emphasizes that in order to protect consumer rights, people who purchase the above-mentioned batch numbers, regardless of whether the product is opened or not, can use the purchase voucher such as a paper invoice or vehicle to go to the Farmers Association or a distribution store to handle a full refund and recycling, or call customer service 049-2791949.
