Dentist exposes aggressions and businessman Ivo Kos is investigated for domestic violence in SP

Dental surgeon Giullia Falcão Kos, 27, used social media to talk about the case. In the images, she appears with a badly bruised face, with swollen eyes and lips, as well as injuries to her nose.

Ivo's defense said that, for now, it will not comment on the episode. The case was registered as bodily injury, domestic violence and threat at the 4th Police Station for the Defense of Women, informed the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat.

Ivo Kos is a businessman operating in the Faria Lima region, the financial center of São Paulo. He is a founding partner of Virgo, a securitization company that was the target of a lawsuit by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) last year.

The businessman was accused by the CVM of improper use of resources from real estate receivables certificates (CRI) and agribusiness (CRA) reserve funds.

Still in 2025, the securitization company was sold to the Riza group and was renamed Riza Sec.

On a social network, Ivo informs that he graduated from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and has a professional history of working in financial institutions linked to the management of resources and funds.

He says that, in his professional career, he had experience at J.P. Morgan, a United States bank, and at Itaim Asset Management, a resource manager.

In 2018, he founded Virgo, which lasted until 2025. On the same platform, he informed that he went on a sabbatical from September last year.

Last week, he reported, in a post on Instagram, that he had taken time off from work for health reasons, but that he was back.

"I no longer provide fiduciary services! Focusing on what I love to do and consider myself good at! Originating, structuring and distributing deals! DCM, ECM Imobiliário, credit, agro, distressed, legal claims, court orders, special sits, any and all intermediation due to my network", he says in the post.

"I feel sorry for those who think my name is toxic or that I have tuberculosis, leprosy, covid, bubonic plague... They are people who don't know what I went through and simply judge the book by its cover and don't know 30 years of my professional history!", continued the businessman.

On Instagram, where he has more than 15 thousand followers, he says he loves traveling, likes the Beatles and has a dog called Donald Trump.

Ivo and Giullia Kos have been married for around 2.5 years and, according to her, the businessman had already attacked her in other situations.

After last Friday's fight, she recorded a video to show her bruised face.
