The Aditya Dhar directorial 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge' continues its unprecedented reign at the Indian box office. As of Monday, April 27, 2026, the Ranveer Singh starrer has entered its 40th day of release, currently standing as the third highest-grossing Indian film in history. With a staggering worldwide gross of Rs. 1,777.52 crore, the film is now just Rs. 10.54 crore away from surpassing 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' to become the second-highest global earner for Indian cinema.

Week 1 fetched Rs. 674.17 crore, shattering all records to become the highest opening week in Indian history. Week 2 brought in Rs. 263.65 crore. Week 3 raked up Rs. 110.60 crore, becoming the first Hindi film to cross the Rs. 1,000 crore net milestone in India. Week 4 netted Rs. 54.70 crore, and Week 5 collection reached Rs. 19.42 crore.

On Day 39, 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge' raked in Rs. 3.40 crore, reflecting a 13.3% growth over the previous day. The film has reached a cumulative domestic net of Rs. 1,130.59 crore. Entering Day 40, the film has recorded a live net collection of Rs. 0.39 crore so far, pushing its total domestic net to Rs. 1,130.98 crore.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film is a 229-minute espionage thriller featuring Ranveer Singh as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The film faced a copyright infringement suit over the song 'Oye Oye', but the Delhi High Court declined an injunction while ordering the producers to maintain detailed financial records. The film remains banned in several Middle Eastern countries. To maximize the theatrical window, the producers have deferred the OTT release to mid-May 2026.
