Exposed against Vannacci and Futuro Nazionale: hypothesis of reconstitution of the fascist party

The complaint from the Military Union against General Roberto Vannacci, the national coordinator of Futuro Nazionale Massimiliano Simoni and the program manager Lorenzo Gasperini, which hypothesizes the reconstitution of the fascist party with the violation of the Scelba law, was submitted in recent days and will be brought to the attention of the chief prosecutor, Francesco Lo Voi, next week. The chief public prosecutor of Piazzale Clodio will have to make an initial assessment of the file and possibly assign it to a deputy prosecutor.

Also under the attention of the Roman magistrates will be the addition to the complaint already presented by the 'Anti-Fascist Front' in which the Capitoline investigators are asked "to verify whether among the members, managers, territorial coordinators and activists of 'Futuro Nazionale' who have publicly exposed themselves, there are members in service of the State Police or other civil police forces".
