In the screenshots, it was seen that Uzhan sent photos showing the swelling and bruising on his neck, and at 17.16, he wrote messages such as "Teacher, it is so swollen, it looks like it will explode" and "If I don't remove the bandage, I can't breathe." In the other screenshot, the bruise and bleeding on Uzhan's neck were seen, while there were records of audio and video conversations with the doctor. In the petition, it was noted that Uzhan reported via WhatsApp that the bleeding continued after the procedure and that he had difficulty breathing.

According to the complaint statement report and the statement in the petition, Uzhan, whose condition worsened, was taken to Antalya City Hospital by his wife. In the petition, it was stated that instead of returning to the clinic, Uzhan applied to the emergency department of the hospital, where a surgical intervention was performed due to hematoma, a tracheostomy was performed to secure the airway, and he was treated in intensive care.

In the 11-page epicrisis and treatment document of Antalya City Hospital, Uzhan's reason for application was recorded as hematoma and difficulty breathing after liposuction and endolifting laser surgery. In the hospital records, interventions for airway safety and the surgical process due to hematoma in the neck area were detailed. In the surgery note in the epicrisis file, it was stated that Uzhan underwent a neck hematoma drainage operation and an emergency tracheostomy was performed. Hospital records also revealed that Uzhan was receiving treatment in intensive care. In the petition, this process was described as 'emergency tracheostomy, intubation, four-day intensive care period and surgical hematoma evacuation'.

After his treatment, Dr. Upon the application of Uzhan, who complained about A.S., Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation. In Uzhan's statement taken at the police station on July 24, the incident was listed as 'negligent injury'. In his statement, Uzhan stated that after the procedure, his neck began to swell rapidly, he experienced bleeding and shortness of breath, and he was taken to intensive care at Antalya City Hospital. Uzhan also claimed that he had nerve damage and loss of sensation in his face, ringworm and hair loss, and that his lung collapsed. He filed a complaint against A.S.

Uzhan, Dr. A.S. and filed a complaint with the Antalya Provincial Health Directorate about the clinic where the procedure was performed. In the application, it was requested that the incident be examined in terms of patient safety, provision of health care, professional authority and compliance with health legislation and that the necessary administrative investigation be initiated. In the application made to the Antalya Medical Chamber Presidency, it was requested that the incident be evaluated within the scope of the Turkish Medical Association Medical Professional Ethics Rules and relevant disciplinary legislation.

It was noted that a partial lawsuit was filed for pecuniary damages on the grounds that the full pecuniary damages have not yet been determined, and that the demand may be increased depending on the actual amount of damage after expert examination.

In the petition, it is claimed that the doctor's training or participation certificates alone do not prove his authority to perform the double chin liposuction or endolifting laser procedure independently; It was requested that the certificate of expertise, the Ministry of Health certificate regarding aesthetic and cosmetic applications, if any, and their scope be obtained from official records. It was stated that these were the claims of the plaintiff party and that there was no determination made by the court yet regarding jurisdiction.

The petition included various allegations regarding the physical conditions of the clinic where the procedure was performed. Serious bleeding started. When I came home, I could no longer breathe. I called my wife and she rushed me to the hospital. I was taken directly to the red area at the City Hospital. I could not breathe due to the hematoma on my neck. An emergency tracheostomy was performed and this is how I clung to life."
