On the 6th of this month, non-party legislator Gao Jin Sumei's "big accountant" Zhang Junjie abandoned 10 million yuan in bail, broke his electronic bracelet and absconded. The prosecutor's task force was fully engaged in the investigation. Following the recent arrests of two handlers, Zhou Huankai and Chen Junhan, After the remand was approved, Chen Yan'an, the man who lent the title car to Chen Junhan, was arrested in Kaohsiung City last night. After questioning by the Xindian Police Station, he was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office at noon. After the prosecutor resumed the interrogation, he ordered Chen Yan'an to post a bail of 100,000 yuan pending questioning.

The prosecutor investigated and after arriving at the case, Chen Junhan argued that he was just the driver of a white-plate car entrusted to pick up Zhang Junjie. He was entrusted to pick up Zhang Nan, but he could not tell where the vehicle came from. The task force relied on his communication and compared the driving trajectory. It was found that before Chen Junhan picked up Zhang Junjie, he had repeatedly contacted 37-year-old Chen Yanan to express his need for passengers and asked the other party to help find a car. He also said that the person he wanted to pick up had "a special status and it is not convenient to reveal who he is."

According to the investigation, after Zhang Junjie cut off the electronic anklet and abandoned the Daan Forest Park on the afternoon of the 6th, he first took a taxi to Wanhua, Taipei, and then to Taoyuan. On the way, he contacted his friend Zhou Huankai, and then went all the way south. He arrived at the junction of Chiayi and Tainan that night, borrowed a car from Zhou Huankai, and moved in Chiayi, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. He changed his clothes every time he changed cars along the way, at least 4 times, to create breakpoints and avoid police investigation.

Zhang Junjie arrived in Gangshan, Kaohsiung, to meet Chen Junhan on the afternoon of the 7th. Chen Junhan drove Zhang Junjie in a licensed car provided by Chen Yanan, moving Zhang Junjie around Kaohsiung and other places, and helped arrange accommodation. Chen Yanan testified that Chen Junhan borrowed the car from him for 10,000 yuan, and he did not know who he wanted to drive.

The task force went to Kaohsiung last night to arrest Chen Yanan and found the right car. They have seized the driving recorder and are reviewing and restoring the contents of the memory card to clarify the driving route, in-car conversations, contact and response status, etc. The police transferred Chen Yanan to the Beijing Prosecutor's Office at noon today. After the prosecutor resumed the interrogation, he ordered him to post bail of 100,000 yuan pending summons.
