Man dies after being stabbed in a dispute in Valencia

A 45-year-old man has been stabbed to death by a 35-year-old woman, already detained, after a dispute occurred in the early hours of this Sunday on the terrace of a bar in the city of Valencia.

As reported by the National Police, the events occurred around midnight, when, for reasons that are being investigated, a fight began in a bar on Calle dels Jurats 22 in Valencia, in the l'Olivereta neighborhood, near the General Hospital, and, as a result, a woman stabbed a man.

A police citizen security patrol alerted to this event went to the scene at 00:05 a.m. and arrested the alleged aggressor, a woman of Spanish nationality, who has been accused of murder in a home in that neighborhood.

The victim, a native of Peru, was taken seriously injured to the hospital, where he died around 1:30 a.m., in a homicide whose investigations have been taken over by the Homicide group of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of Valencia.
