The Trump Phone T1, priced at $499, is a real smartphone but lacks seriousness. It features a tacky gold plastic design, dated waterfall display, and questionable build quality, including a missing stripe on the American flag logo and duplicated branding. While it offers a 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD slot, and includes a case and charger, its hardware is comparable to $200 phones and suffers from sluggish performance. The phone's software is nearly stock Android 15 with minimal preinstalled apps, but lacks clear update support. It also struggles with network connectivity outside North America.
