Fatal accident at work in Calenzano: construction site on the A1 seized

The Prato prosecutor's office has ordered the seizure of the construction site on the A1 where yesterday afternoon there was a fatal accident at work involving a 39-year-old Egyptian laborer who fell from a pylon while carrying out his duties.

The fall occurred during work on the viaduct of the Gocciolone 1 motorway, located in the municipality of Calenzano, which belongs to the judicial district of Prato. The investigations are carried out with the support of the staff of the Workplace Health and Safety Prevention Office (Pisll) Florence 2 of the ASL.

Construction strike, tomorrow Friday 21 August, (last hour of each shift), in the province of Florence. The strike was called by the unions Fillea Cgil, Filca Cisl and FenealUil.
