Israel uses over 1,100 tons of explosives in tunnels in southern Lebanon

The IDF used "more than 1,100 tons of explosives" for the explosions in the tunnels on the Ali Taher ridge, in southern Lebanon, where it claims to have demolished important Hezbollah underground infrastructure: the Israeli website Ynet reports. The explosion, according to the site, was so violent that the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center, a non-governmental organization, reported an earthquake of magnitude 4.1. The seismological center reported a tremor of this magnitude at a depth of 10 km, in a point located 25 km south of Sidon and 16 km north-east of Tyre, recorded at 9.08 pm local time.
