MAGA Influencer Valentina Gomez Barred from UK After ETA Approval

Controversial MAGA influencer Valentina Gomez has been barred from entering the UK, a week after she was given ETA approval. Self-styled MAGA influencer Valentina Gomez has been blocked from entering the UK as she was supposed to attend a far-right rally in London on May 16, organized by Tommy Robinson. This happened a week after she was permitted to enter via a UK electronic travel authorisation. UK minister Shabana Mahmood intervened and took back the approval, the Guardian reported. Gomez has been barred on the same grounds that Kanye West was also restricted from traveling to the UK earlier this month. Their presence "would not be conducive to the public good", it is said. 26-year-old Valentina Gomez attended the first Unite the Kingdom rally in September, 2025. "England, they took your guns, they took your swords, and they raped your women. You have nothing else to lose, but there's still hope. You are still the majority. So you either fight for this nation or you let all of these rapist Muslims and corrupt politicians take over," she said. "I need you to stop following orders because you know you are being told to look the other way while your country is being raped into submission," she said, addressing the police officers in the rally. Gomez, a Christian who was born in Colombia, is known for her anti-Islam stunts. In August last year, she burned a copy of the Qur'an and vowed to rid Texas of the religion if she were elected to Congress. She was running in the Republican primary for Texas's 31st congressional district, which was held on March 3, 2026. She got only 10% vote share and lost to incumbent Repo John Carter. Earlier this year, Gomez claimed she was blocked from attending certain local Republican events in Texas as she was exposing Carter. Ahead of her May visit to the UK which has been stopped now, she was daring the UK government to arrest her.
