And he celebrates as if it's no big deal, meanwhile his teammates and supporters are absolutely losing it!!

This is huge for Norway, a side that hadn't featured in the World Cup since 1998 and now on the brink of the quarter-finals.

And the five-time champion Brazil will face a mighty reckoning from its football loving public.

It's a ludicrous backpass, and Nyland had to dive full stretch, got a finger on it and just flicked it onto the post.

Brazilian fans rise as Neymar gets the ball inside the penalty area on the left side, using those fast feet to try and get an opening.

But he can't get a shot away and Norway clears.

Haaland has been effectively contained for most of this game so far, always being met by two defenders and unable to get any quality shots away.

But he only needs the tiniest opening, it came, and the Norwegians amongst the 80,663 fans here are having the time of their lives!

But from there the attack breaks down, the Norway defence too strong.

Ering Haaland powered into the Brazilian defence with all the subtlety of a bulldozer at dawn, before the ball squirted through to Martin Ødegaard, who tried to pick his way through a maze made up of five Brazilian defenders, before he ended up losing his footing.

It then took a deflection behind for a corner.

That's swept in and Brazil does manage to at least half clear the ball.

The Brazilian fans were getting a bit restless but are now back in full voice after these last few minutes with Brazil showing much better signs of breaking through, albeit lacking a good final touch.

And I'm very pleased to report that there's now a cool breeze that has picked up and is making conditions much more pleasant. Well from the nosebleeds at least.
