衛福部食藥署今日公布邊境查驗不合格品項，知名薯條連鎖店「Potato Corner」的紙碗又見違規。食藥署北區管理中心主任劉芳銘說明，該批紙碗由「富錦樹文創科技公司」報驗輸入，因溶出試驗不合格，350公斤商品需退運或銷毀，食藥署也針對該業者調整邊境查驗措施為逐批查驗。
劉芳銘指出，由富錦樹文創科技公司自菲律賓輸入的紙碗，以水於95度放置30分鐘溶出試驗結果，高錳酸鉀消耗量為16ppm、蒸發殘渣值為85ppm，依據「食品器具容器包裝衛生標準」，高錳酸鉀消耗量合格標準為10ppm以下，蒸發殘渣合格標準為30ppm以下，因此案內的菲律賓紙碗須退運或銷毀。
此外，劉芳銘表示，富錦樹文創科技公司近半年同產地、同號列品項已累計2批違規，食藥署針對該業者調整邊境查驗措施為逐批查驗，抽驗比例為100%，另近半年菲律賓報驗輸入11批同號列品項，僅前述業者輸入的2批不合格，因此對菲律賓輸入的同號列品項維持一般抽批查驗措施。

劉芳銘表示，案內德國的鈣發泡碇計397.44公斤須退運或銷毀，食藥署對該輸入業者調整邊境查驗措施為加強抽批查驗，抽驗比例為20%至50，另近半年食藥署受理德國其他調製食品報驗509批，其中3批不合格，原因為防腐劑及甜味劑超標，食藥署即起至7月1日於邊境對德國的其他調製食品採加強抽批查驗。
