潘健成談到AI發展下的人才需求，直言，AI不是用來取代所有工作，而是協助人類處理「重複性的知識與文件工作」，AI的價值在於讓原本耗時、反覆、容易疲乏的工作更有效率，AI時代下，需要的不只是考試成績，而是願意反覆嘗試、快速學習、持續破關的人。
