AEO认证被外贸企业视为全球通行的“金字招牌”，获得这一认证的企业，不仅可以在国内享受优先办理、低查验率、免除担保、实验室优先检测等45项便利措施，还能在全球52个互认国家(地区)享受通关便利。同时，这些企业被纳入省、市两级守信联合激励范围，在融资信贷、项目审批、市场准入、监管抽查等方面享受政策倾斜。

据介绍，西宁海关立足青海产业结构特点，推行“一企一策、一产一策”培育机制，同时联合省商务厅、青海省发展和改革委员会等部门建立AEO企业联合培育、联合激励、联合服务机制，推动海关信用结果在行政审批、金融授信、项目扶持、政府采购等领域广泛应用。
与此同时，西宁海关依托海关工作服务站，将信用培育延伸至基层，构建起“省——综保区——市州”三级AEO培育网络，让“金字招牌”从省会走向高原腹地。
统计显示，2026年前4个月，青海省AEO企业数量仅占全省有进出口实绩企业的6.1%，但其贸易额占同期全省外贸总值的22.4%，成为青海外贸发展中最具活力、最具规范、最具国际竞争力的骨干力量，有效带动产业链上下游20余家企业提升合规管理水平，信用赋能的溢出效应持续显现。“信用越好、通关越顺、服务越优、发展越快”的良性循环正在青海成为现实。(完)
