由上海市医务工会主办、上海市中医文献馆工会承办的上海市医务职工中医非遗健康基地“功”系列活动之一——“岐黄济世太极运,邮行天下非遗扬”活动12日举办。现场,中医五音、五行、五脏养生理念与河北省级非遗卢氏太极拳完美融合。太极传人结合传统医理与太极功法,讲解如何疏通经络,调和气血,将中医理念融入日常练习,实现身心同养。
